This is a part of a British Columbia restaurant chain. It has a new twist to it. It is similar to a buffet; you get a steel bowl and choose all your ingredients (lots of fresh veggies, good selection of meat). At the end of the "buffet" table is a large selection of sauces. Pick your sauces and you are charged by weight for your meal (20% discount if you only pick veggies).

A chef proceeds to stir-fry your meal on a huge circular grill; its brought to your table steaming hot in a couple of minutes.

Some of the interesting ingredients I enjoyed were: shitake mushrooms, tiger shrimp, scallops, squid, shark.

Its too bad that they are not more adventurous like their counterparts in BC; out there they have things like smoked eel, bison, to name a few.

All in all, a quick, simple, enjoyable meal.

It is located in Bells Corners, in the mall with White Rose in it.

Service leaves a little to be desired (we sat at the table for quite some time before anyone came to us, even though people who arrived after us were already enjoying their complimentary soup!) but I go to a restaurant for the food, not for the service. May also be influenced by the fact that they just recently opened.
